Completed an initial profile at an information session at my college. Was contacted two weeks later to schedule a phone screen. Pretty standard HR questions here. Then completed a series of online tests (these are not easy but not hard and you can't prepare for them so don't waste your time). I thought I did terribly on the tests, but they still called me for an on-site interview day. The on-site day is very long, but I actually thought it was fun. There's an HR interview, a PM interview, a case interview, a 10 minute presentation on a topic of your choice, a tour, and a lunch. It's packed, but each component is pretty useful and you get to interact with many Epic employees in the process. There's also a dinner you can go to with other interview candidates and an employee the night before your interview. Overall just be genuine, able to articulate why you want to be a part of the company, and the specific aspects of your experience that make you a good fit for the PM position.
