After submitting a standard online application, I was asked to do an hour long assessment at a testing center (I assume if you are from Wisconsin, you go to Epic headquarter and take the assessment there). I passed it and after an easy phone interview which consisted of my future interest, I was flown to Madison, Wisconsin where I had a dinner with an employee the night before and had a super day that consisted of presentations of what Epic does, 2 interviews with employees, a presentation on anything that interests you, and a final closing wrap-up interview with recruiter. It was really awkward with recruiter for some reason, and I did not respond well to some questions so I knew I did not get an offer that day. Otherwise, it's a great firm to start your career, but I have heard that turnover is insanely high. I have not seen a single employee over 30 years old.
