I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Feb 2025
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter and then given an OA that took about 3 hours to complete - was not moved to the next round. You also have to complete an online profile at this stage, which is comprised of a series of logic/math questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
OA had 4 separate tests/sections to complete (about 4 leetcode style questions in the coding section).
I applied online. I interviewed at Epic in Oct 2023
Interview
Applied through ripplematch, got reached out to and connected with a recruiter. Was given a phone screening to which I passed onto the next round, and then was asked to complete a Rembrandt profile (shows your skills), and then given a follow up technical exam.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
what was a project you have worked on and what was your role in it?
Proctored online test, followed by a proctored online coding challenge, then a phone screen. The phone screen was very laid back and mostly covered the campus and sabbaticals. I'm used to coding challenges, but full-on exams are rather irritating. They asked about standardized test scores, so I fail to see the point of a similar test. The coding challenge was interesting, but there's no way to run the code in the environment.
