Epic Software Engineer interview questions

Gave my resume out at a career fair. Received opportunity to take a skills/personality test online. After this I had a phone interview w/a software developer. He just went over my resume. After this, I took a 3 part test in a strange facility run by Pearson. Did not receive an offer.

While its very difficult to understand their exact criteria for selection, the entire process is extremely streamlined. You will not waste a minute at the campus. I had all my rounds onsite and it was a very tiring day. The technical interview was not very technical...more about what problems did you face etc. Didn't get an offer though.
