I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Jan 2012
Interview
After the initial resume selection was asked to give the online test. The test consisted of different sections. There were some 3 programing questions, wherein it was required to write the whole function in the language of your choice. The other section consisted of general math questions, related to probability, men-work, time problems. They also evaluate on the time taken to answer each question, so try and answer quickly. Got test results almost after 2 weeks.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Dec 2011
Interview
Got a link from the recruiter, and took a skill and intelligence test at a local Pearson test center.
After 4 weeks, went to Madison for onsite
The onsite interview was mostly a tour, showing the working environment and briefly introducing their products.
The only interview part was a talk with the HR, and it was all about nonsense HR questions, like "use five words to describe yourself", etc.
I did not prepare for this kind of questions, so the talk with HR was disastrous. Did not get an offer
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Feb 2012
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter from Epic through LinkedIn.
After few emails, I decided to apply.
I had a phone interview for around 30 minutes mostly about my background and about Epic.
I took an assessment test a week ago and still waiting for a reply.
