Applied at career fair, received email to schedule phone interview, then links to about 2-3 hours of personality tests and skills assessments. The phone screening had about 5 minutes of typical interview questions, followed by 20 minutes of me just talking to the interviewer learning more about the role. The next step would be an onsite interview at their campus.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why are you interested in the role (especially relevant since people don't tend to have degrees specific to this position)
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Epic
Interview
Had a phone interview with simple questions, then an assessment test, waiting to hear back about an onsite. The assessment test is quite difficult, theres also a personality portion, you have to set it up and it is proctored and long.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Apr 2019
Interview
Everything started with a personality quiz. Then a phone interview, followed by skill assessment and onsite interview if you make it to that round. Fairly quick and professional process overall
