A phone interview with basic behavioral questions followed by an unbelievably hard exam with idiotic questions that gauge nothing. The exam consists of math, logic, and coding sections. I would not repeat this interview process in the future.

The process is not easy. Close coordination with the recruitment officer is a must. Double-checking your email is a requirement as they are unpredictable when they will send you a reply to your last message. Maybe depending on the season or how fast you also send your response to their messages.
