I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in May 2023
Interview
The interview process was very smooth to start with. You will first do a phone interview which is just getting to know the company and telling them about yourself. The second part included a coding test that was really weird because the job description doesn't require coding experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Feb 2022
Interview
It is a great interview process. Although there are three stages they give you a chance to showcase different skills that may not be directly related to the role but give you a chance to get the job even if you don’t have the exact qualifications. They look for intelligence in the interviews and the ability to learn because they put a lot of effort into training so as long as you can adapt and learn quickly and showcase that in the interviews you should be good.

Question 1
How do you approach a customer facing issue when you have other high priority issues.
There were some aptitude tests, a case study, and a couple of interviews, but nothing seemed too difficult. I would recommend brushing up on understanding basic code and you will be better prepared.
