First, you will have a 30-minute call with an employee in the position you are looking for to ask questions and tell them more about yourself. Then you will take their technical test, which is not difficult, but it is long, I took about 2 hours to complete.

You go through a basic application process, take a skill assessment, receive a phone interview and then receive an offer if they are looking for your set of skills. During the phone interview they tell you about the position and ask a series of questions.
