I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ericsson (Plano, TX) in Feb 2011
Interview
Interviewer was extremely rude. He asked me to perform several timed tasks that were very vague and then he was extremely critical of everything I did. I know that a certain level of "grilling" is required, but he took it too far. I did not get the position, and while I was there I realized even if I did get the position I would not want to work here.

Question 1
What has been the biggest personal challenge you have overcome?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Ericsson
Interview
Filled out an online application. Was referred by a relative. It's much easier to get in the door here when hired by referral. Interview is set up with 2- 3 floor managers present. One manager will tell you a little bit about the company history and the other manager will question you on your experience and why you think you will benefit the company. If those managers agree you're a good fit with the company, you will get the offer for employment.

Question 1
Tell me why I should hire you because you have no experience in this environment?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Ericsson (Plano, TX)
Interview
I had 2 phone interviews with mgmt and then a few on-site interviews as well. It was just a few weeks after I interviewed that I heard back with an offer. There were warning signs regarding job posting and the descriptions from the interviewers that I failed to address. This led to a position that I was not expecting nor what I was seeking. Make sure to get everything in writing if you have questions or doubts.
