I first determine the materials needed to best build it. I will do my research on building materials and start my budgeting. I will need the best skilled workers I can find. I will find these persons by word-of-mouth, ad placements and online research through job placement websites. I will establish a feasible time frame and break this project down into segments. I will oversee and ensure step by step succession of these segments until its built.
