They generically interview you the same as the candidates that come in for staffing. They also have other people interview you that have been there a couple week or months which shows how desperate they are to get people in and started. They seem very nice it's completely fake! They turn the corner and talk about each and every person like crap! The use people for referrals on where else they interviews to try to acquire new business instead of focusing on the person that is there.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Express Employment Professionals (Covington, GA) in Oct 2013
Interview
Short & to the point. What is your sales experience? Have you worked territory sales? Really interested in ability to work well with the current office staff. Very little offered in the overall interview as to what expectations were.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Express Employment Professionals (Libertyville, IL) in Mar 2016
Interview
Overall was good, but started out badly. Got there 10 min early when the lady at the desk asked for the filled out application which was suppose to have been attach to the email. Well there wasn't any attachments or application. She said no problem, here is a computer so you can make one out. The computer keyboard had half of the letters worn off the keys. I am not the best typist which needs to see the lettering. The rest of the interview went well. With a little tweaking that interview could have gone much better.
