I interviewed for the Leap Program in 2016. Had one phone call interview with basic OOO questions, and one on-site interview with a technical portion and a behavioral portion. I actually bombed one of the technical questions that should have been easy, but it had less to do with logic and more to do with knowing specific syntax.
I think the behavioral interview is the more important aspect of the interview. They're looking to see if you have the capacity to learn, since the Leap program is supposed to teach you all the technical skills you'll need for a full time position.
