Objective detection about knowledge, skills and qualities, and perfect matching with the role and functions.
Excellent atmosphere.
Showed interest either on selecting the best human resource and matching the prospect employee expectations.

4 rounds of interviews. Recruiter, panel of hiring managers, panel of Senior managers then director at the final round. Each stage of interviews was very conversational. I enjoyed the interview process.

Tell us about your background, Why Fortinet, What are your strengths.
The first stage was a group interview with several managers and team leads, which sounds intimidating but it was very relaxed. The second stage was a one on one zoom call and the final stage was a quick phone call. All of the stages were very laid back and great.
