Applied through a recruitment agency. Although this may just be a standard practice for this recruitment agency, I was asked to prepare an employment proposal to present at the interview. The interview was with a panel, consisting of the Finance Director, Finance Manager and HR Consultant. The majority of the questions asked were behavioural - eg. "Tell us about a time when you were working in a difficult team. How did you help improve the team, and lead the team to a more harmonious outcome?" Disappointingly there was no contact whatsoever following the interview.
