Interview
I first had about a 15 minute phone screening with a senior recruiter. The next round was with a different recruiter and was a 45 minute - 1 hour video interview. A sales role play exercise followed after the interview questions.
3 interviews were completed starting with a quick screening, a second interview, and a final interview. Process took over a month, which was a long time in my opinion for the role.
Interview process was not bad at all. They do leave out a lot of info about the realities of the role. They make the role seem as though there is a lot of opportunities to grow as well as progression through the program and that is not the case.

3 stage interview process. 1st stage was a phone call with a recruiter. 2nd and 3rd stages were competency and character based questions focused around a career in sales and at Gartner.
