I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Glassdoor in Jan 2016
Interview
Wasn't a good process, I felt that some questions were vague and irrelevant. Interviewer was rushed and didn't give me a chance to answer the questions. Even if I did get passed this step it seemed like an overly excessive interview process, especially for an entry level sales position.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2015
Interview
First was a Screening call by an internal recruiter. After the first call, a Skype interview with 3 current managers took place. After making it to the next round, a 30 minute sales pitch that was presented via GoToMeeting with 3 individuals on the call (kind of like a role play scenario). Finally, a call with Director to seal the deal!

Interview
It was a good process. Very thoughtful. Hard process. Speak with a recruiter first then you speak with a potential manager that would hire for you. I have heard that they do group interviews as well
