Google Account Manager interview questions

The first stage is a 30 minute online interview with a colleague in the same team. The first stage should be conducted by the human resources recruiter but i think they do not have enough work force so that they assigned a colleague to interview with me

Initially a sourcer reached out to me about this role. I then scheduled time to speak with a recruiter - who was fantastic. Immediately shared with me at the end of our conversation that she wanted to extend an offer to go to the next round of interviewing. I then had 2 separate interviews with people at Google but not necessarily people I'd work with. Both were great conversations but ultimately didnt get called back for the third round.
