Google Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

One of the worst experiences of my life. The thing is, how can you invest hours and prepare for an interview, when you will be getting questions that really look like a joke?

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, self-motivated with excellent communication skills and can work to deadlines. You'll manage monthly bookkeeping and close activities, technical accounting issues, ad hoc projects, plus manage the annual external audits and tax compliance.
