Google Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Overall good experience. There were 2 rounds, general cognitive ability was a bit easy, and technical round could get better. You should be prepared and need to practice with lots of other examples. On technical backgorund, you should just know the basics, and should be able to explain it clearly. It was more towards AI position, thats why all basics were expected. No hard questions.
