Google Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

1. Standard phone screen with HR where they asked me about compensation expectations and asked a few soft skill questions. 2. Two :45 interviews with members of the org I would be joining. The questions were a mix of behavioral and open-ended. 3. Formal interview with hiring manager. The questions here were also behavioral/open-ended, as well as more tactical as it related to the specific role.

Recruiter reached out through linkedin, some confirmation of interviews/skills through chat/email, final video call, interviewer introduced themselves and asked various questions, was extremely helpful and informative on all position requirements/details or expectations, decisions made through email after.
