Interview
first round was written test which had questions about aptitude and c++. Most of the questions in aptitude were on cubes. In C++ most of the questions were on predicting the output of the program, on constructors and destructors, operator overloading etc.. The paper was easy.

Interview
short phone interview with HR, than I went in for an hour long interview with the hiring manager, than a half day interview with a senior manager and again with the hiring manager. In the end, I was offered a job but it was changed from a direct to hire position to a contract to hire. When I asked why the change, I was informed it was because I didn't have managerial experience but the position didn't have any direct reports and that managerial experience wasn't requested in the job description. In the end HR wouldn't address my concerns about the change so I passed on the job.
