(needs to be something flexible and you needed to be able to work early in the morning for the location I applied to)

I applied online for a job at lidl York I completed the whole process only to receive an email saying I had not completed the questions (which I did) because I had confirmation that I had? After emailing them back and pointing out the error, the next day I got an email to say that I'm unsuccessful! Thinking nothing of it and continuing my job search out of the blue the area manager calls me for an interview! Totally bemused I went to it (just out of interest) as I actually had another job offer anyway, I arrived early to be kept waiting half an hour! Stood propped up at the back of the shop like a lemon! And the interview itself was terrible area manager and store manager, they were polite don't get me wrong but the interview was short sharp and I gathered a no no from how uncomfortable I felt during it, definitely not a positive experience with that I am happy not to work in a place like it, of course I didn't get the call back nor did I get any email to say you have been unsuccessful and thank you for taking part in an interview with us ect.... Aldi are totally different as are tescos they at least have the decency to reply with email to inform you of the outcome and if asked give you feedback, I will never apply to any lidl again for certain.
