I discussed providing value through crafting solutions which were client specific and tailored to specific goals. They made it clear they wanted me to discuss how I would you canned content to satisfy client needs. Ironically, in the past this has been the primary reason I do not stick with Gartner services. Sometimes, I feel like they are just throwing content at me to keep me busy.
