How would you handle a patient that is disgruntled about services rendered?

I would first find out what kind of test the patient is having an why they are disgruntled about the service, it may have nothing to do with the service but the test itself and them not knowing the out come of that test. I would calm there by apologizing and keeping calm myself also speak to them in a softly voice along with a kind understanding smile. And assure them it is not the policy of the company and that it will never happen. agian.
