Technical Interview is unstructured and confusing, very long process of meeting managers of different level before getting the final offer. Sometimes it felt like these managers have no idea what are they doing

It was a onsite interview for 2 and a half hours, they asked 3 Leetcode questions, two easy and one medium, and you have to answer in c++. They also asked some behavior questions and short questions about my resume.

Simple behavioural questions and a medium difficulty technical. Doing well on the technical is important and explaining your solution is very important. Hints are given if you're struggling and not having enough time to code the full solution is fine as long as you are able to explain the solution.

Online test of leetcode mudium difficulty and then two rounds of interview. Technical was easy with a problem much easier than the online testing phase and then some chatting with a supervisor
