I applied online.The process took 10 days.First Round is Aptitude and Java Basics MCQ(Strings, arrays) Next three rounds Interview On Java concepts, Puzzles, Java Programs. The whole process completed in about 2months. Presentation is Important. Sometimes they conduct a couple of telephonic rounds also, but even in that they ask to write program questions. Round 4: Manager round: General questions, Not so tough. Round 5: HR round: Family background, salary expectation,etc
