IBM Applications Developer interview questions

Got a call from HR regarding opportunity and interview scheduled on next day. Followed by PDM interview on the same day. All the process happene virtually due to covid. The entire process happened through webex.

After a successful registration you will be asked to appear for a logical gaming round. In this round you'll be given time based logical and numerical games (like Tetris). The next round will be a writing test where you'll be asked to write three subjective answers for some general essay type questions. The last stage is a face to face interview with the panel of atleast three senior members of the company. This round will mostly take around 30 minutes. They won't be asking anything technical but they will ensure to trick you in some random questions about why you want this position. That is all. There will be three rounds in total. But the worst part is this whole process would atleast cost you two months of time, which definitely makes the candidate very anxious.
