I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (Hyderabad) in Jan 2019
Interview
1 technical round, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round
Worst experience at every phase of the interview. First, at MindSpace entrance your not allowed to carry any bags inside the building. Technical round was a guy taking an interview on the phone and asking you to code on air. Manager round felt more like fish market bargaining 10 - 20k on salary hike.
HR round they took my fingerprints , photo and aadhaar card photos. Treating people as if they are terrorist and not sure if it's even legal to collect these details even before the offer.
Finally after patiently dealing with all these insults and finally provided all the necessary details for Background verification, no offer letter since 2 months.
HR don't reply to your emails and doesn't even update you on the status. Never gonna interview with them again
