call from a recruiter, the first interview was with a hiring manager, the final round is a case study and then an optional (I believe) call with a current employee around your level

Very well run and well organized. Very informative and great questions. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. All of my questions were answered and I got to talk to a lot of different people and hear their experience with the company.
