IBM Intern interview questions

There was an intern position at IBM Labs (former ustream). First bad experience: I had to email twice if to get a response. The HR said they’re sorry so we agreed on a face to face interview quickly. When I got there nobody was waiting for me. After a good 20 minutes I tried to call the number they gave me but nobody picked it up. Another 10 minutes goes by and finally somebody let me in. At this point I was so unimpressed you could literally see it on my face. Finally after sitting in the couch for several minutes two guys came telling me that the my interviewer is busy but they will interview me. I mean, an email would have been nice from my original interviewer. Never got an email after the interview. My friends experience was similarly bad: her interview went as it should be, but then 2 weeks after the interview she got an email from the HR if she could come in for the first interview. My friend replied that the first interview was like 2 weeks ago. And that’s it, no more emails. Reading the opinions here I’m thinking the the company itself isn’t bad at all, but the recruitment process is a disaster and I won’t reapply anytime soon.
