IBM PM interview questions

3 Rounds with PDM and tech rounds.1 face to face round to discuss salary and negotiation.1 st round was telephonic. Overall good experience. But getting offer letter takes lot of time and lot of follow up needed.

There were three round of phone interviews with two product managers and then I was in conversation with the HR for the background check and clearance. The managers were very helpful throughout the process to clear all my doubts. The entire process took around two months. The initial screening was a little difficult but later it got better. It was great working with this company overall.
