IBM Product Manager interview questions

The Interview was pretty easy. The Hiring Manager asked questions about the past experience and I was informed in a week's time about my result and got the offer. IBM has a scarcity of projects these days, hence they hire less resources and get more work done. The salary structure is not so nice. And absolutely no negotiation on the salary part. Take it or leave it policy. However, after I joined, i came to know there were people hired on more than double the salary offered to me and in the same band. Overall a good experience. Learnt a lot of things

Technical interview followed by HR round. Salary discussion only during HR Round . HR round is normally conducted by a senior manager. Questions will be asked on previous experience, technical background, leadership skills
