IQVIA Analyst interview questions

It was a smooth process including two rounds. First was a technical interview after which some candidates were eliminated and then the second HR round happened which was also smooth and then final candidates were selected

The interview was supposed to be 3 rounds in total but ended up with only being 2. The interview process was hassle-free and really professional. The first round consisted of questions involving the projects I worked on to assess my communication along with leadership skills. A case study in the form of guestimate was asked and a simple puzzle to close off the 1st round. 2nd round was a fit interview which involved talks about the role or the post, about the company and the reason for joining the company which finished off with 2 puzzles which were moderate level. Both the interviewers were super supportive and nice.
