First round interview took about 30 minutes to see how I could solve a problem. No right answer they just want to see your thought process. Same for the second round interview. After each interview they immediately offered me a follow up interview. The last round took all afternoon with an excel exam. They all seemed pretty nice, but I was never offer a position.
