Indeed Client Success interview questions

This was my second interview with Indeed -- for different roles -- however their interview style was the same. The interviewer got right into 20 minutes of situational questions and provided no details about the role. I was told there was supposed to be a screener beforehand where I could get that information. I was also told my resume had not been looked at, which I believe was the same instance last time I interviewed. It would be nice to introduce myself and state my objectives, but that does not appear to be the Indeed approach to interviewing sadly.

A manager and team leader entered the room, introduced the role and mission at indeed and asked me to describe how i fit into that. The team leader then spent the first half of the interview asking "give me an example of a time when..." questions. They were along the lines of dealing with difficult customers, providing feedback, my proudest achievement etc. Then the manager asked his questions, which were more along the lines of "why the french market, why not the UK market since you speak english". He also asked what my dream job would be. He asked as well why they should choose me over the other candidates.
