I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Infosys (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Applied via emailing human resources.
Process took 10 days, but only because I picked a later date for the online interview because I wanted more time to prepare.
The online interview was amazing. People were nice and I got a good insight on what life would be like to work at this company. Not only that they answered all my questions and gave out good life advice .
HR responds quickly to emails.
Honestly this interview process was one of the best one I had and it was not a generic solve a leetcode question.
They look at who you are outside of the resume.

Question 1
Past Projects, Data Structures, Programming skills
Thorough process. Asked about accomplishments and scenario based questions. Questions about how one would handle certain scenarios and how they can reflect to working with the company
Asked about my previous experience in leadership. Nothing to do with technical expertise
Went through a screeing process then moved on to the technical interview. Felt a little unprofessional because they were late and they did not have their camera on. Took almost 2 weeks to get a result back.
