its ok but the issue with interview is that its extremely long and tiring, it will be very good that if it can be controlled so that it does not become very long and taxing and still achieve the objective

Got mail for technical interview. Easy 1 hour phone interview. Basic questions about java, spring, threading. Then HR will call after week and ask for salary requirements. Ask one whether he/she is willing to relocate etc. Then they will make offer after 2 days. Just need to show that you can learn and have good attitude. One of the simplest interview you can get.
