Infosys Technical Lead interview questions

Pretty straightforward. 1 Technical and 1 Managerial round with basic Sharepoint questions.Domain knowledge helps a lot for a position of Technical Lead. Questions were related to you expertise level.They will ask only from those areas which you have worked on.

First round was totally technical. The person asked so many things about technical. It went around 30 minutes. Second round they asked more on design side and they tries to check if you can work on their projects. In HR round they showed the flow of the positions from bottom to top and asked which position you fit for. I told that technical lead they the person told that I am recommended for the same. Then he showed the salary structure and as per that they were giving me 12% hike which I politely declined.
