Infosys Technology Analyst interview questions

Panelist were smart. I was asked for fill a form. Didn't have to wait long as there were lots of panelist. Candidates were asked to sit in the waiting hall. Interview was for 30 minutes and I came back with a smile.

For lateral,It is one day process. One technical interview and next HR round for salary discussions. Technical round on java basic questions and previous project discussion.Interview was scenario based. Scenarios were mentioned and I was asked to specify my approach in dealing with it. Approach may vary from person to person, so there was no right or wrong specified during the interview. Overall, I was totally out of my comfort zone and was made to think on my feet while answering.
