Excelleent hiring process.. Skills will be scrutinised minutely. Aptitude will be tested. Important thing is your communication, confidence and responses. Process is crisp. Efficient enough to bring out true potential of the candidate.

After the second interview I was told I could be a great fit for a more senior role, but would have to wait to be interviewed by a Senior Manager who was away for a week. The recruiter replied to my first follow up email around the time the manager has returned, but then all communication stopped and I never got reply from another 2 follow up emails at which point I gave up and focused on other opportunities. Very disapointed.
