I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intel Corporation (East Lansing, MI) in Sep 2020
Interview
Interviews were over 2 virtual rounds that were 3 days apart. I heard back within a week of the second interview.
Both interviews were one-one with a an experienced supply chain professional. The interviews were standard STAR based behavioral questions with a “tell me about yourself” and questions for Intel at the end. The second interview did have 2 technical questions directly related to the field but if you understand the classes you are taking, they should be no problem. Overall the interview process was on the relatively easy side with the primary focus on if you are a good fit for the culture at Intel.
