They just contacted me for a phone interview after I submitted approximately 30 resumes in their website. Oddly the position i was interviewed for was none of those 30.
They asked me questions about my previous experience and projects as a GRA in my university. I am still in the process of filling questionnaires and they told me the next step would be an onsite interview in Az

Interview
2 separate phone conversation. The first was with the engineering manager, 2nd was with an engineer in the group. Many technical questions were asked, but the 2nd person asked almost all the same questions as the first. The second interview seemed a bit pushy and more in-depth, but I think that's because I was getting the difficult questions right and he wanted to see how far I could go

Interview
1. Telephone interview: Contacted by an engineer without any email or telephone appointment. Asked some technical questions on my resume.
Invited for an on site interview right after the telephone interview.
2. On site interview: Went to Chandler, AZ as scheduled. Stayed for one night. A tour in the labs and different departments. Then interviewed by 6 engineers, 4 mid-career, 2 senior engineer.
Told to wait 1-2 week for the final result.
3. After 2 weeks, got a rejected email.
