It was a 2 day process consisting of 3 rounds altogether. The complexity of interview increased with each round as they evaluate each and every aspect of your resume and experience.
It starts at 8 am with giving a ~30-45 min presentation and answering questions on the presentation. Followed by approx 4 back to back one on one interviews ~45min long each with senior engineers. They ask a few questions and explain a bit about the work. There is a lot of empty time for the interviewee to ask questions, so be prepared with many many questions in case you can't think of any on the spot. Then you go to lunch accompanied by more recent hired engineers. After lunch another round of 4-5 back to back one on one interviews take place finishing around 5 pm. Part of the challenge is to remain energetic and focused up until the end. It feels long and tiring so make sure to get good sleep the night before. Note my experience was pre-pandemic and I'm sure the experience will be somewhat different with the current safety protocols.
