ITS-GBS: Have worked as QC Principal Consultant & project Manager;  Leading QC-PMU team|Performance and Measurement Unit| in order to analyze customer feedbacks and Quality measures as well as leading testing projects of Zain group +12 projects, conduct CAR analysis across Telco division, recently responsible for engineering process, following-up and monitoring QC performance and measures, contribute in preventive actions and problem solving concerning implementation/customer issues and defects.
