three rounds: oa, karat technical, hiring manager. The karat was very standard a systems design followed by a leetcode easy/medium. I wouldn't stress too much fairly standard process. The hiring manager round was very straightforward - more of a vibe check.

Question 1
To describe the five core values of intuit and how I fit each of them
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intuit (San Diego, CA) in May 2025
Interview
A recruiter from a agency reached out about the role and received an interview the same week. Had one interview with the hiring manager where he let me know that I didn't have the experience with sales and enablement that he was looking for, which I thought it was strange that they would interview me after reviewing my resume. I didn't receive a second email but I enjoyed the interview experience.

Question 1
Explain a process that you improve or implemented.
The interview process was not difficult. However, they proposed an extremely low hourly rate of pay, which seemed very unreasonable. They stated that their offer was contingent upon the applicant signing an Intellectual Property Agreement, which had a very unfavorable clause/section giving Intuit the right to use the applicant's photo and name on the Internet for marketing purposes without paying the person any compensation for that. This clause/section of the agreement also would give Intuit the right to use the applicant's photo and name for marketing purposes even after the applicant stops working for Intuit. DO NOT SIGN THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AGREEMENT FROM INTUIT.
