I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Intuit
Interview
Interviewer was rude, inexperienced and dismissive. Group is mismanaged. The group is a bunch of report monkees, not skilled analysts changing business performance. Certainly not what I'd expect from Intuit. Department is managed to the wrong objectives. If the group stopped producing current output completely, it would not make one bit of difference on performance of the company. Sad, but true.

Question 1
They weren't difficult, they were stupid, silly and the wrong questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Tucson, AZ) in Jan 2008
Interview
Hiring into Intuit is a lengthy process. I interviewed with a recruiter first, then 6-7 interviewers. Then there is the obvious drug screening. I woud say overall, from the time I was contacted till I started working was a total of 6-7 weeks. I'm not sure if that is normal but seemed long to me. However I enjoy working at Intuit very much. Great place to work.

Question 1
Standard HR questions. Probably the technical questions but they were random and if you know your job, then it's not a problem.
