I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Sydney) in Jan 2020
Interview
Round 1 : 30 min phone conversation with HR
Round 2: Onsite interview
Step 1: 30 min conversation with the hiring manager
Step 2: Coding challenge with a staff engineer
Round 3: Onsite interview
Once I got through the Round 2, details of the Round 3 were emailed, which was an assignment to build an app. The onsite interview had 4 steps:
Step 1: 1 hour presentation (Personal information, achievements, hobbies/interests, and then the assignment presentation + demonstration)
Step 2: 1 hour interview by engineers, QA about the app + technical questions
Step 3: 30 min interview by team member
Step 4: 30/45 min interview by hiring manager
Cons: A bit exhausting
Pros: Delivered the results pretty quickly
Great and expedited, quick with the response time. They know how to interview well and make you feel like an active part of the process. Fair questions. If you're looking for a company that isn't looking to beat around the bush, then look no further.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intuit (Bengaluru) in Jun 2018
Interview
Had 4 rounds. First two rounds were technical coding rounds. Third round was a design and data structures round followed by hiring manager interview. The interviewers were extremely knowledgeable and not intimidating. The whole process went really well.
