Round 1 : 30 min phone conversation with HR Round 2: Onsite interview Step 1: 30 min conversation with the hiring manager Step 2: Coding challenge with a staff engineer Round 3: Onsite interview Once I got through the Round 2, details of the Round 3 were emailed, which was an assignment to build an app. The onsite interview had 4 steps: Step 1: 1 hour presentation (Personal information, achievements, hobbies/interests, and then the assignment presentation + demonstration) Step 2: 1 hour interview by engineers, QA about the app + technical questions Step 3: 30 min interview by team member Step 4: 30/45 min interview by hiring manager Cons: A bit exhausting Pros: Delivered the results pretty quickly
