It was fine. The interview questions involved guesstimates and case studies, Lots of project knowledge from previous company. It was 4 round process in which two were HR rounds. Second round was technical and involved core concepts of marketing.

There were 3 rounds involved during my time of selection. They generally say for RA position their are mostly 1 round included to close the profile. First round was with a Team leader which involved, 3 case studies and guestimates. I cleared this round. second round happened the next day with Consumer Retail Products Head which also included real time problems, guestimates and market strategy and approaches. She further asked about Business proposal slide work creation; the content involved in the deck in which workflow, They asked about market share, profitability, market rations, Cash flows, Etc. This round took 1 hour of time. I got cleared to it and was selected for 3rd round with the senior manager of kearney. She asked me about all the things which were previously mentioned about it in earlier rounds and later was asking me about my personality traits through rapid fire. This round took 1 hr 10 mins of time. I successfully managed to give all the answers to her and it went well. They also asked me about my salary negotiation and expectation. The day after i was told that i am rejected because of the problem solving skills. This was not acceptable because I was selected among the 4 other candidates with whom i was aligned and no one was able to make through the second round. I gave them proper guesstimates, market research theories and everything but the senior manager was quite arrogant and rude. Even the asked me questions which were asked to people having senior position, not from a RA level candidate for sure. I won't recommend this company to anyone in near future based on their Senuor Manager - CRP's behaviour.
