The entire interview process was comprised of 3 interview rounds. First is a quick phone interview question with the talent acquisition team. They ask high-level questions about your background, interests, motivations, etc. Second interview was with a manager, typical fit + case interview. Last interview was with a partner - again, typical fit + case interview and some chit chat.

Interview
Drei Case Interviews mit drei verschiedenen Kearney Mitarbeitern. Jedes Interview dauert genau eine Stunde, 20 min. kennenlernen, 30 min Case, 10 min. Fragen des Interviewee. Danach würde noch ein weiteres Interview mit einem Partner folgen.
Regular case interview with personal part as well. Relatively common questions that you can anticipate like why I want to join Kearney and tell me about a challenge that you had at a precious emplyer.
